It all started when Katy went to one of Miley's concerts on the Bangerz Tour recently and Miley leant over to give Katy a kiss . Katy kissed Miley then Miley decided to basically stick her tongue down katy's throat and katy pulled away. Katy Perry was asked about the kiss on an interview she did recently and she said " God Knows Where That Tongue Has Been " . I'm thinking she meant it as a joke but Miley when she heard what Katy said she went on twitter and tweeted " Girl If ur worried abt where tongues have been good thing ur ex boo is ur EX BOO cause we ALL know where that tongues been " And if that was not enough she then tweeted a fan's drawing of the kiss saying " Dontchyouuuu act like you didn't lurvvvvv it @/KatyPerry " Seeing that Katy and John just broke up I felt that was kind of harsh what Miley said about John. Katy then tweeted back Miley saying " @/MileyCyrus Oooo gurrrl I'm gonna give you the BIGGEST spanking when I see you in the UK bb ! " I think Katy's response was great cause she basically laughed it off but what do you guys think about what's going on between Katy & Miley .
